These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the European Castle Heritage Guide mobile application ("the App") provided by European Castle Heritage Guide developed by MyEdhulight- AzxMatrix ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides an offline guide to medieval castles and fortresses across Europe. Features include castle profiles, travel routes, budget tips, and a personal photo diary. All content is pre-installed and available without an internet connection.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible Android device. This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. User Content

The App allows you to create photo diary entries that are stored locally on your device. You retain ownership of any content you create. We do not access, collect, or store your photo diary content on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including text, images, graphics, icons, and software, is the property of European Castle Heritage Guide developed by MyEdhulight- AzxMatrix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The castle information, route data, and travel tips are curated editorial content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Castle information (hours, fees, availability) is current or accurate at the time of your visit
• Travel routes and budget estimates reflect real-time conditions
• The App will meet your specific requirements

We recommend verifying castle opening hours, entry fees, and route conditions independently before traveling.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, European Castle Heritage Guide developed by MyEdhulight- AzxMatrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain references to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

9. Updates and Changes
